One domestic client ordered our solids control system for their HDD mud system project. The capacity is 50m3/h. Including the small shale shaker, hydrocyclone desilter, mud agitators, 2 mud tanks, and one jet mud mixer.

To give user convenient solutions at the job site the mud tanks designed with multi connection entrance or exit. Mud tanks can be connected with each other at both ends or at both sides. The connection will be realized via flexible hose jointed with steel pipe

Furthermore, the mud hopper is set on tank top of one end. The connection between pump and hopper will be achieved via one steel pipe with elbow.
