Mongoose shaker screen replacement are for Mongoose PRO, Mongoose PT shale shaker, or MEERKAT shakers.

The original Mongoose series shaker screens are framed one under pre-tension technique. Including the steel frame and composite frame ones. Such screens were mounted or pressed by wedge block as quick installation and uninstallation way. Clients’ preference come from durable quality and high performance on them.

Mongoose series screen are available on different configuration mesh size. Such as MG, HC, XL and XR, etcetera. The difference will reflect mesh size or API size variation, also lead difference on conductance, non-blanked open area, even screen life. Thanks to shakers and screens excellent structure design many clients save cost by outstanding screen performance on screen life and solids control efficiency. So most users are willing to operate Mongoose shaker with high quality replacement Mongoose screen.

Mongoose shaker screen replacement at AIPU

We Aipu produce the high quality Mongoose shaker screen both steel framed and Duraflo composite one. The mesh sizes are API 14 up to API 325.  The screens colors are red/green/gray on steel framed while black color composite frame and orange composite frame panels. Our replacement screens are also repairable with right fit rectangular plugs. The screen size is completely same as original one.
