All solid control equipment shall be adapted to water – based, polymer – based and oil – based mud systems, including salt water.All rubber seals are high temperature, oil and corrosion resistant and can meet the requirements of all kinds of drilling fluids.
Total 14 tanks are required, with a total volume of about 1000m³.
Technical requirements for mud tanks
Tank bottom structure: Type B steel with 250mm main beam
Structure of tank： Tank side plate with national standard thickness of 6mm thick steel plate
Tank top mechanism: tank top is made of 120x120mm square pipe and 10# channel steel as the transverse tensioning structure skeleton
The main solid control equipment used in the system
Hunter MG5 shale shaker : High frequency shale shaker, handling capacity up to 180m /h. Two 2.2 kw motors are used. The adjustment Angle is -1~+5
APZCQ270 vacuum degasser: The processing capacity reaches 270m³ /h
Hunter 300 mud cleaner: The processing capacity reaches 300m³ /h， the bottom shaker model is :Hunter-MG4

Funtion of Solids Control
The solids control system utilized physical method to remove solid particles from the drilling mud to ensure the performance of drilling mud, and reduce the occurrence of drilling accident. Effectively save drilling costs and maximize economic benefits.
Components of Solids Control System
A complete solids control system including mud mixing and store units (mud tank, agitator, mud gun), solids removal units (shale shaker, hydrocyclone removal equipment, centrifuge), auiliary devices and lines.
mank tank are classified to trip tank, circulation tanks, weighting tanks,mixing tanks,stroage tanks, and etc. according to different usage.
Solids removal equipment including five stage purification equipment: shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, desilter decanter centrifuge. mud degasser and mud desilter can be combined with shaker as mud cleaner.
Auxiliary equipment mainly mean centrifugal pumps and other accessories parts like electrial pannel and so on. According function, centrifugal pump can be used as desander pump, desilter pump, mixing pump,trip pump, and metering pump.
