Clients prefer steel frame shaker screen since they are pre-tensioned type. Pre-tensioned process will give us a high quality and longer service life screen.

During past 2013 we sold about 6000panels screen. Among them 70% are steel frame screens. During operation, the steel frame screens are easy to install and uninstall. We just need the rubber block and the hammer. We can knock the block deep in to the deck when we need to replace them we can knock the wedge block out of the limit plate.

We can pick up and replace the screens easily. The steel frame shaker screens are popular with users also because of long service life. Usually, they can be used 20 days. But different clients under different working condition will give us different feedback
